(William was Ellen's 2nd cousin and 1st cousin to her deceased husband, John.  They had also been neighbors for about 18 years, appearing on the same page in both the 1860 & 1870 censuses.  The marriage was apparently short-lived as by the 1880 census William was living with his 3rd wife in Arkansas and Ellen used the Duskin surname for the rest of her life.)

Died: September 28, 1902 in Athens Twp., Ringgold Co., Iowa

Buried: Genoa Cemetery, Monroe Twp., Wayne Co., Iowa  (According to her Ringgold Co. death record she is buried in Genoa Cemetery, but no marker is evident for her and the exact location of her plot is unknown.)
